Scope and purpose of data processing

The controller processes personal data for the following purposes:

• handling messages sent via the contact form or e-mail (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR),
• performance of an agreement for the provision of legal assistance and taking steps to conclude it (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• fulfilment of the controller's legal obligations, in particular those under the Bar Act and tax regulations (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• pursuing or defending against claims (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data collected via the contact form

The contact form allows you to send a message containing your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of the enquiry. These data are processed solely to respond to the enquiry and are not transferred to third parties, except where required by law.

Data retention period

Personal data are stored for the period:

• necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected,
• of the duration of the agreement and after its end — until the limitation period for claims expires,
• resulting from legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting regulations — generally 5 years),
• for data processed on the basis of consent — until it is withdrawn.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

If you consider that the processing of personal data by the controller infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

Transfer of data to third countries

The controller does not transfer personal data to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) or to international organisations.

Automated decision-making

The controller does not process personal data in an automated manner, and does not use profiling.
